TURNAROUND TIME

All Up Close Creative Co. products are made to order by hand in my home studio or by a production partner. Please refer to individual product listings for current turn around times. Turnaround does not include shipping time.

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

I appreciate your business and I want your order to arrive in a timely manner just as much as you do. I do everything in my power to make sure your item ships within the stated turnaround time.

USPS shipping times are estimates NOT guarantees. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it your best move is to check with your local post office. 

Please make sure shipping information is correct before you complete your purchase. Refunds will not be given for packages that were shipped to the incorrect address. If you notice an error in the shipping address after your purchase is complete please contact me immediately. 

If an order is returned to me as undeliverable buyer is responsible for covering reshipment fees.

If you have a different shipping issue please contact me help@upclosecreativeco.com and I will do my best to help resolve it. 

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS 

I want you to LOVE your Up Close Creative Co. products. I have great pride in my work and take great care in making sure you are getting the best quality that I can offer. 

I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and representations of my handmade products. Please read carefully, look at all listing photos and videos, and read shop policies before ordering. If you need clarification on anything I am happy to answer any questions emailed to help@upclosecreativeco.com.

RETURNS

I will accept returns and issue refunds of the item cost minus shipping of non personalized items under the following conditions:

- contact me help@upclosecreativeco.com within 30 days of receiving your order

- buyer agrees to cover return shipping fees

- buyer returns item in perfect condition

All sales are final on personalized items. Please make sure to input your personalization correctly. 

CANCELLATIONS

Once I receive your order I start working on it right away. If you need to cancel please do so by contacting me help@upclosecreativeco.com within 24 hours.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

- Please contact me help@upclosecreativeco.com with a photo of the damage within 5 business days of delivery and a replacement or refund will be sent.
